Every February, restaurants and businesses in Yamhill County participate in The Melt Down, a grilled cheese event that benefits the YCAP Food Bank. This is our first year participating, with our Grilled Cheese Fritters! Imagine a donut falling in love with a grilled cheese sandwich, and that’s our fritters! Only available in the tasting room during the month of February.

Massive update to our “Where to buy” page
We just made a huge update to our Where to buy page. Our beer is now available at 54 different stores, restaurants, and tap houses throughout Oregon!
You can help get Bierly on the shelf near you! Let the beer buyer at the store or restaurant know that you’d like them to carry Bierly beer and then send us contact info for that store or restaurant and we’ll get in contact with them.
Bierly is 100% self-distributed and only in Oregon for now, but let us know where else you’d like to see us next!
Celebrate Oktoberfest with Bierly Brewing
During the last weekend of September and the first two weekends of October, we’ll be celebrating Oktoberfest here in the tasting room! Our tap list will feature several German beer styles, including Vienna lager, Hefeweizen, and Oktoberfest. We’ll also be cooking up some special gluten free German foods for the occasion!

Rendezvous Double IPA now on tap
We’re currently working on a brand new IPA in collaboration with gluten free home brewer and glutenfreehomebrewing.com competition winner Ben Fowler.
