Big can news!

Over the next few weeks we’ll be transitioning all of our beers over to cans! This change has been something we’ve agonized over during the past year. After lots of talking and planning, we’re excited to offer a more lightweight product that’s easier to take with you without worrying about broken glass, and easier to recycle. Also, no bottle opener needed!

first in cans: Felix Pilsner, Stargazer IPA, Rendezvous Double IPA and Pumpkin Belgian

Along with the move to cans, we’re also renaming Amber IPA – you’ll see it on shelves as Lucky IPA soon!

The first place you’ll see your new cans will be in the tasting room. Grocery stores and bottle shops will start carrying them over the next several weeks. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram to stay up-to-date!

Fall seasonal on tap this weekend!

Our Pumpkin Belgian is back! Made with real pumpkin, orange peel, cardamom, and cinnamon, this beer went fast last year so get ready to snag yours. Starting this weekend, we’ll have it on tap and in cans (our second ever beer to be canned! More soon!), and you can find it on select grocery store shelves next week. Stop by this weekend for a pint on our patio and take some home with you!

Our patio is ready for the winter!

We have three patio tables available for outdoor dining – all covered and heated! We offer beer, cider, fruit sodas, hot tea, and everything from our food menu.

Our patio is open on Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 6. Please call us at 541-257-5126 or message us on Facebook or Instagram to reserve a table because we do tend to fill up quickly at certain times. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Can you believe it?

This week we’re releasing our newest summer seasonal, Stargazer IPA, in cans! This is our first beer to come out in 16oz cans, and it will be hitting shelves in some stores this Thursday. Don’t see it at your local store yet? Let them know you want them to order it!

Our Stargazer IPA is based on last year’s Brut IPA, so if you remember that beer fondly you’ll love this one! Stargazer blends Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial hops for an intense hop aroma, low bitterness and a dry finish.

New this week!

Did you hear that we’re adding old fashioned glazed donuts to our regular menu? These will join our cinnamon sugar and chocolate glazed donuts for $3 each, and we’ll still be offering a rotating donut special, too!

Also new: we’re offering frozen baguettes for home delivery anywhere we deliver beer, including Portland, Salem, and Corvallis. Just heat it up in the oven for that fresh-baked-bread effect! Call us at 541-257-5126, or message us on Facebook or Instagram to add a baguette to your order for $6 each. Our stock is limited this week, so get your orders in soon!

Baguette ingredients: water, white rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, beet sugar, kosher salt, xanthan gum.

One more thing: try our new method for reheating our soft pretzels. Faster, soft and chewy, a win all around!

Faster, softer, more pretzely!

soft pretzels

A loyal pretzel customer recently clued us into a new way to heat up our gluten free soft pretzels at home – in the microwave! Just get the pretzel wet and add the salt like normal, then pop it in the microwave for about one minute, maybe a touch longer. They come out soft and chewy, like the frozen grocery store pretzels of your gluten-filled childhood. Click here for ordering info, and try it out for yourself!

Listen and imbibe along!

Looking for something to listen to while you’re getting through the week? Check out the newest episode of the Keep Classical Weird podcast, featuring JP and Amelia Bierly! We sat down (several feet away) with host and violinist Casey Bozell and discussed Beethoven’s 5th symphony while pairing the different movements with beer and snacks. You can order your own Beethoven Beer package for pickup or delivery – four bottles of beer and four pretzels to enjoy at home! The whole package is $30 – that’s $4 off retail price! Call us at 541-257-5126 or message us on Facebook or Instagram to order. We deliver to the Portland area on Thursday and the Salem/Corvallis area on Friday, or you can pick up from our tasting room in McMinnville on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoons.

Looking for more food and drink options? Check out our current pickup/delivery menu.

Coming to bottles soon…

Our Blackbird Stout has been a big hit, and we’re happy to announce that it will be getting its own permanent label soon! You’ll be able to find it on grocery store shelves, and of course in our tasting room using our pickup and delivery options.

Rendezvous Double IPA will also be getting its own seasonal label soon, and will be available through the spring and early summer.

Pickup, Delivery and Dine-in

Due to public health concerns and the small size of our building, we are offering a limited menu for pickup and delivery only. We also have limited outdoor seating – you can call us at 541-257-5126 to reserve a spot if you need to plan ahead. *Our patio is closed through at least the end of November, due to the current freeze on dining-in*

Need merch? We also have shirts, hats, bags, patches and enamel pins! You can also order these items to be shipped to you from our online store.

Thank you so much for helping us reduce community spread of COVID-19 while keeping our small business community alive. We hope that you are well, and that you’re finding support and comfort during this stressful time.
