Our house-made soft pretzels are gluten free, dairy free, and vegan! They arrive at your door fully baked and frozen, with a package of pretzel salt. All you need to do is add the salt and reheat them in the oven or microwave.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (white rice flour, sorghum flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), water, beet sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, baking soda.
Instructions: Reheat from frozen. Get the pretzel wet under the tap or with a spray bottle, then sprinkle desired amount of salt on top. For a crustier pretzel, bake in a 400º oven until heated through, about 5-10 minutes, checking to make sure the ends don’t start to burn. For a softer, chewier pretzel, cook in the microwave for one minute, adding five seconds at a time until heated through.
