We started making baguettes to serve in the tasting room with our sausage and cheese plate, but customers started asking if they could buy whole ones to take home! We now offer fresh and frozen baguettes on Saturday and Sunday, and frozen baguettes during the week.
Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (white rice flour, sorghum flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), water, beet sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil.
Storing fresh baguettes: Store in plastic wrap or airtight bag at room temperature. Slice diagonally for a larger bread surface. We like to toast it and top with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning, or add garlic butter and enjoy with pasta. You can also slice and freeze, then pull out individual slices as needed.
Reheating frozen baguettes: Reheat from frozen. Bake unwrapped baguette in a 400º oven for 20-25 minutes. Watch the top of the bread to make sure it doesn’t start to turn too dark. Let it rest for several minutes before slicing. You can also thaw the whole baguette at room temperature, then slice and toast individual pieces.
Pick them up at our tasting room on the weekend, or get them delivered to your doorstep during the week!
